At Kidz to Adultz North this week, TripleC will be running a series of fun and practical workshops using creative arts, dance and drama.

Based in Manchester, TripleC is the collective of disabled and non-disabled creatives, focused on changing access to the arts for disabled children and adults. Join TripleC at the Activity Area to get involved with the various workshops and activities on offer throughout the day and have your questions answered.

Carmel Hourigan, senior manager at Kidz the Kidz to Adultz Exhibitions commented: “We are absolutely delighted to have TripleC joining us at this year’s event.  TripleC will be hosting a series of fun, practical workshops using the creative arts, dance and drama to encourage the use of the imagination and self-advocacy. Visitors are encouraged to participate and we are sure their workshops will be fun, exciting and enjoyable for all.”

The Kidz to Adultz Exhibitions from Disabled Living offer visitors the opportunity to try out the most up to date equipment and products including assistive technology, plus access to information and services. Seminar topics at the Kidz to Adultz North event include advice on flying with a disability, adopting practical approaches to improve sleep patterns, the importance of play whilst bathing, challenging behaviour and supporting families in the home and more. Kidz to Adultz North takes place at EventCity, Manchester on Thursday 8 November 2018. Tickets and further information available here.
