image003Atahotels, based in Italy, has joined Access All Rooms, meaning that those that are disabled or have limited mobility can find accessible information about these Italian hotels, and book accessible rooms, easier and quicker than ever before.

Access All Rooms is an online hotel representation company specialising in providing accessible hotel information and content via the Global Access Award Scheme (GAAS) ratings. The scheme provides unparalleled access information and images for the disabled, senior and mobility impaired travel market via a five tier system.  Access All Rooms also provides hotels with the option to provide accessible bedroom booking live, in real time through the unique booking engine. GAAS grading’s and listings include a content database for the entire hotel, including access into and around the hotel or resort, in adapted bedrooms and bathrooms, and also features access specific photographs which no other hotel booking website currently offers.

James Price, Founder of Access All Rooms comments:

“Our mission is to have all of our hotels displaying accessible rooms in real time alongside being GAAS rated, however not all hotels have their reservation systems connected online. Therefore, our main goal is bringing customers hotel access information, and if they can’t book immediately online through us, we provide a direct link through to the hotel for booking”.

With hotels in Italy already loaded on Access All Rooms and more hotels on the way, Atahotels makes a fantastic addition to the website’s holiday hotels offering.  Access All Rooms will gradually add Atahotels to the site, with three hotels already loaded in Milan and one in Turin.

Founded in 1967, Atahotels now has 13 properties in Italy catering for a variety of customers:

  • Business and Leisure Hotels: four 4 star and one 5 star hotel for business and leisure travel, located in Milan, Varese, Bologna, Turin. Totaling more than 1,000 rooms.
  • Resorts: three 4 star hotels plus one 5 star offering relaxation and wellness holidays in some of the most beautiful Italian locations (Sicily, Trentino, Tuscany). Totaling more than 1,000 rooms.
  • Apart Hotels: 5 Apart Hotels are present in Milan and its surroundings, notable for their strategic locations and offering optimal “long stay” solutions in the city, totaling over 500 rooms.

With hotels already listed in countries such as Belgium, Italy and Morocco, Access All Rooms’ listing of Atahotels is part of a growing hotel offering dedicated to those with additional accessibility needs.

James Price, continues:

“I’m delighted to welcome Atahotels on board. We already have a vast selection of fantastic hotels ready to book and I feel that this new partnership will be a popular choice. I want to encourage people like me and the population with added mobility or sensory impairments to take a much needed and enjoyable relaxing break – not to just book a hotel as a daunting necessity in a pre-planned trip.”
