Belfast Live have reported that a young football fan has been injured in tackling some terrible access issues to see a football match.
Darren Wright is a Ballymena United fan and he has cerebral palsy. He attended the Antrim Shield final to watch his team play Linfield at Windsor Park.
When he arrived by train into Windsor to Adelaide Halt Railway Station , with his uncle Sherman Wright, they were faced with 120 steps to tackle to make it over the footbridge and access the football ground.
They were then faced with terrible potholes after the match when on Great Northern Street and this resulted in Darren electric wheelchair hitting a pothole and tipping sideways. Darren suffered several cuts and grazes to his face.
