A doting dad has released a song for charity in honour of his three-year-old son Brooklyn, whose autism means he can sing but can’t speak.
The single is entitled ‘Mr B’, refering to the affectionate nickname Ryan O’Connor has for his son who is learning to communicate through singing. The song is written and performed by this loving dad. The song not only captures the love Ryan has for his son, but the lyrics also highlight upon how Autism can affect the lives of those living with the condition and the challenges they can face.
The dad-of-four, 28, is donating proceeds to the single to charity FACT (Families of Autistic Children Together) who have supported them with speech therapy and specialist equipment for Brooklyn.
