We are delighted to announce that PosAbility Magazine was awarded the accolade of Specialist Magazine of the Year at the PPA Scottish Magazine Awards 2020 on Thursday 3 Dec.

Fighting off tough competition, including from sister publication The OT Magazine, PosAbility was awarded the accolade during a virtual awards ceremony, which beautifully coincided with International Day of People with Disabilities.

The judges commented:

“Excellent read, serving its readership really well with a useful mix of information, support and inspirational stories too. Great imagery which really reflects the UK as it is now. What really made this magazine stand out to our judges is the diversity coverage across all assets and the small team behind the magazine have clearly put a lot of thought into this overall, which is an incredibly important focus for our industry and beyond.”

The team at 2A Publishing are delighted to have PosAbility recognised for its excellent editorial and design, especially in a year that has seen many challenges thrown at our team, and we are dedicated to continuing to produce PosAbility to the highest of standards.

Editor of PosAbility, Rosalind Tulloch, commented: “We are absolutely ecstatic to have won the Specialist Magazine of the Year award. We have been striving to improve PosAbility year on year, and we must thank our dedicated team of columnists, writers and contributors from the disabled community who have each helped to make PosAbility the award-winning magazine it is today. We are honoured to be recognised in this category and we will continue to produce a magazine that is rich in excellent content, diversity and design.”
