Salary: between £23-27,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus paid holiday, flexible working and benefits package
We are the British Paralympic Association (BPA). As the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) for Great Britain, it is our responsibility to select, prepare, enter, fund and manage the ParaylmpicsGB team at the Paralympic Games. We also promote the success of the athletes to inspire wider societal change.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with great relationship management skills ready to work within a fast-paced environment.
The role will be varied, you will work across a number of our commercial partnerships, supporting partners with their planning, activation and analysis. Reporting directly into a Commercial Manager, you will collaborate on some projects as well as being responsible for delivering contractual rights such as athlete appearances and come and try sports sessions. We are a close-knit team and you will support other key areas of the commercial directorate in areas such as corporate fundraising, commercial team events, our diversity and inclusion programme, and brand protection.
